"Jim and the band in the box" is a "tribute to guitar" solo act, one man band. Jim Finn has been entertaining people with his music for over twenty five years. Since the age of 17, Jim has enjoyed playing the guitar and is thrilled to be doing it professionally. Jim loves the eighties shred movement and anything on Shrapnel Records. Jim performs a wide range of songs, from the hits of the 70's, 80's and 90's. Artists such as Ritchie Blackmore, Gary Moore, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Eric Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, SRV, Vinnie Moore, and Paul Gilbert.

Jim's performances comprise between 1 and 4 sets, with background music in-between the sets (if PA is provided). His live act is truly entertaining and will get everyone, whatever their age group, in the mood for a party.

Jim plays exciting lead guitar, and sings on a few, with the best backing tracks available.

Prices are given as a guide ONLY. All prices shown on this website are estimates only, they are intended to give you an idea of the cost of different entertainers. Prices can vary up and down due to many different factors which include travel, time of day, duration of booking, etc…
